Today I want to Thank God for something (testimonial). The story was this. I was hanging out with Boon How. So as I was driving back home with Boon How in the car I heard the Lord speaking to me. Without questioning whether it is really God or not I followed. Now what he said to me was weird I didn't understand it either. He told me to drive to the park. So I drove there obeying him. Then was told to go and park further ahead. I was wondering why he ask me to park there cause even if I drive to the park, I would never ever park there, which is so out of the place.
Guess what when I parked there and got out of the car, I saw some people banging a proton wira car and shaking it. I was curious but didn't react fast was just watching at the corner of my eyes on what was happening. Then I brave myself to talk to the people. Actually a baby was trapped in the car. The mom apparently was from Ipoh and she came to visit her mom. How inconsiderate of a mother can she be, going to the toilet leaving the car key in the car with the engine running. Yes the car was locked by the time she came back. And from what I heard she left the baby there for more than 30 mins.
OMG I was so worried. I tried helping with all I got. Apparently the mom had a spare remote control with her with no battery but no key, so I drove her to the nearest car shop to change the battery. Luckily I asked her to take the car workshop's number in case the remote didn't work. When we were back at the scene the remote control really didn't work. Then I recalled when the car engine is running the remote control won't work. I keep telling the parents to break the glass cause the baby was in there for quite a long time already but you know what she said no I don't want, Chinese New Year coming nobody to fix the window. I'm like =____________= Hey the baby's life is more important. I told her to call the number on the name card. While waiting I kept praying in my heart and speaking in tongues.
Guess what, time after time another problem. The people from the workshop didn't know how to find the place. So I took my car and rushed to find where they were and brought them to the scene. After trying for awhile, I was really worried (can't believe I was more worried than the mother). I kept saying break the glass - break the glass..........grrrr
After some time close to an hour. They manage to open the door. The baby seem alright. THANK GOD !!
Ps: What a experience for me. Wonder what would had happen if I didn't listen to God. I would come to think that something would happen to the baby.
Something to think about ^^ : Do you know God records slackers too? When people will not take up their ministry, God puts their name down in that column as well. Nehemiah 3:1-10 If you have a bible with you read up Nehemiah 3 which is one of those chapters that consists largely of unpronounceable names and long-forgotten people. It tells the story of the work of repairing the gates and walls of Jerusalem that Nehemiah had been sent to do.
